A camera in every vehicle
Delfín, Ballena, Tortuga and Leopardo all have reversing cameras for an extra view when parking. Use mirrors, a walk-around and a safely positioned spotter when needed. A camera does not show every obstacle.
Understand the vehicle
Take time to learn controls, dimensions, campsite connections and fitted systems. Ask before departure if anything is unclear. Secure cupboards and belongings and check steps, awnings and accessories before driving.
The right seat for every traveller
Everyone travels in an approved belted position. Children need appropriate, correctly installed restraints in compatible positions. Beds and living areas are used when parked; sleeping capacity does not prove restraint compatibility.
A sensible route and help at hand
Plan daylight arrivals, realistic driving and regular rest stops. Stay within agreed roads and conditions. Keep owner contacts and assistance instructions offline, and report faults or concerns promptly.
